Make yourself at home in this spacious four-bedroom house, with four double beds, two bathrooms and separate living and dining rooms. Ideal for work trips, family visits or exploring Medway. Medway Maritime Hospital is a two-minute walk away, with Gillingham Station nearby. Chatham Maritime, the university campus, Historic Dockyard and Dockside Outlet are a 10–15-minute drive away, while Rochester’s castle, cathedral and historic high street are within easy reach.
Space
The house has been fully refurbished, with a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, fresh décor and carpeting throughout.
Enjoy a comfortable evening in the living room, share meals in the separate dining room and make yourself at home with exclusive use of the property.
There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed. Please note that the cellar bedroom has a low ceiling and is not suitable for guests taller than 5 ft 9 in (175 cm). Please consider this when planning your sleeping arrangements.
Access
You’ll have the entire house to yourselves throughout your stay.
Only one parking permit is provided for use during your visit due to local council restrictions. Parking is on-street and subject to availability. If you require more than one vehicle, we can arrange additional day passes at a cost of £3/day. This must be booked and paid in advance for us to obtain them from the council.
Interaction With Guests
I do not live near the house so interaction will only be done over the phone. However, I do have people on hand to help should issues arise.
Notes
We do have a security alarm which is monitored by two cameras. These cameras are only used when the property is empty, please feel free to cover them but please remember to put them back as you leave.
Parking permit: Please leave the permits at the property when you check out. Lost or unreturned permits incur a replacement charge of £180 each. Any additional applicable charges for daily parking costs until new permits arrive also chargeable.
Garden: The garden is not suitable for outdoor events. Please be considerate of our neighbours during your stay.
Neighborhood
Located in quiet residential street with local shops and takeaways only 2 mins walk. Due to this the house is not suitable for parties.
Transit
Gillingham station is a 5 minute drive, local parks, the town etc is all walkable within 10 minute walk.
